Bringing the community together through educational events, conferences, workshops and fairs, Long Beach WomanSpirit provides opportunities for personal growth and empowerment as well as hope for planetary healing. Founded in 1987,we celebrated our 20th anniversary in 2007! Since 1997, we have been associated with Temple of Isis/Los Angeles. |

| LONG BEACH WOMANSPIRIT WINTER SOLSTICE RITUAL SATURDAY 19 DECEMBER 2009 CELEBRATE THE LIGHT OF LOVE SHARED HEART-TO-HEART AS WE RE-BIRTH THE SUN THAT SHINES FROM WITHIN Unitarian-Universalist Church Long Beach 5450 Atherton, Long Beach Doors open 7:00 pm Ritual begins 7:30 pm Donation $10 ~ no-one turned away for lack of funds Ritual co-sponsored by Temple of Isis/Los Angeles and the Spiritual Practices Committee of UUCLB Wear red, white, and/or green. Bring a small wrapped gift for exchange – something that speaks to you of the Great Mother, Light, New Life, Sustenance, Hope, or Community. Bring a pot-luck dish to share You do NOT need to bring a candle unless you have a special one that you want blessed. |
